SMS Notifications & Consent

Wizard Tech LLC operates a private, personal-assistant notification service. This page describes the SMS (text message) program: what we send, how you give consent to receive messages, how to stop them, and how we handle your information.

What messages we send

If you opt in, you may receive text messages such as:

Account and task notifications (for example, status updates and confirmations).
Appointment and schedule reminders.
Replies to requests you send to the assistant (conversational, two-way).

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How you opt in (consent)

We only message phone numbers whose owners have given express prior consent. You provide consent by either:

Texting the keyword START to our messaging number from the mobile phone you want enrolled, or
Directly providing your mobile number to Wizard Tech LLC and confirming that you agree to receive SMS at that number.

Your number is added to a server-side allow-list, and messages are only sent to numbers on that list. There is no purchased, rented, or bulk recipient list, and we do not message anyone who has not opted in.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies and is conversational (driven by your activity and requests). Message and data rates may apply.

How to get help or opt out

Reply HELP for help.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe by replying START.

Sample messages

"Reminder: 'Dentist' is tomorrow at 9:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out."
"Your daily summary is ready: 3 items need your attention today."
"Done — your request has been completed."

Privacy

We collect your mobile phone number and messaging consent solely to operate this notification service. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
